This piece is all about the connection between nature and the human spirit. It reminds me of the pure joy my granny used to experience when working in her garden. I went for a combination of silhouettes, buildings and floral motifs, reminding me that creativity and growth often go hand in hand. This is a mixed media piece with monoprints on rice paper, cyanotypes made with lemon juice and salt, acrylic paints and mediums on a Birchwood panel. It measures 60 x 60 cm
